How our tolling service works
You supply the biomass we extract, refine and produce a high-quality full spectrum CBD crude oil for you. Xtracts aims for the highest yields possible when processing your hemp. We follow best practices and industry standards.
Product Inspection and Testing
Upon arriving at the facility all raw materials go through incoming and receiving testing and inspection to ensure that the biomass is prepped as contracted and does not exceed the legal limits of allowable THC. All finished products undergo testing to ensure quality standards are met.
Xtracts testing will always meet, at a minimum, the requirements of local and federal government regulations for the safe manufacturing of hemp products. Testing includes but not limited to the following:
- Potency.
- Pesticide residue.
- Heavy metals.
- Water activity.
- Microbiological activity (yeast, mold, bacteria).
Your end product
Quality winterized full spectrum CBD crude oil: Closed-loop technology – High purity end product. Ethanol winterization removes fats, waxes, and lipids from crude extract. Multi-step filtration, ethanol recaptured. End product is a honey golden crude oil.
Fees
Toll Processing fees vary. Fees are calculated at $’s per lb. Client receives CBD Crude Oil delivered back to them.

CBD Split Processing
How our splitting service works.
Hemp CBD Processing splits are a form of toll processing service where the owner of the hemp biomass contracts with Xtracts to refine and produce a high-quality full spectrum CBD crude oil that is split between the hemp biomass owner and Xtracts. COA’s (certificate of analysis) required. Split processing contracts vary.
