Contact forms and live chat sessions

Xtracts keeps chat session information for no more than 30 days. Chat session content is kept for the purposes of providing a copy of the chat session upon request to the visitor who initiated the chat session. Visitors can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us for up to 30 days after the time that the data was received. Visitors can request that Xtracts erase any personal data held about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
