CLASSIFICATION

Xtracts processes industrial hemp in the form of flower only. Buds no smaller than about 13 millimeters (1⁄2 inches) to 8 centimeters (3 inches) in diameter and not containing more than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol)

TESTING

Xtracts requires COA’s (Certificate of Analysis) to verify that the contents of the hemp flower that is to be purchased or under a processing contract does not contain heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, microbial contaminants and does not exceed 0.3% THC. All hemp flower is to be tested pre-split and purchasing contractual agreements. Xtracts conducts on-site testing upon delivery of hemp flower. Any hemp flower that tests higher than 0.3% THC will not be accepted.

TRANSPORTATION

Xtracts does not transport hemp. Xtracts can provide references for transportation companies that are compliant and reliable to transport your hemp flower to our processing facilities.

HEMP FLOWER PREPERATION

Hemp Flower must be free of moisture, cured, bucked, and trimmed. Xtracts processes hemp flower only. (Xtracts processing hemp flower only. Hemp flowers must be separated from all other plant material. All plant material will be inspected preprocessing to ensure that the plant material is prepped for extraction. Separating hemp flower from the remainder of the plant material is best for maximum efficiency and produces a high-grade full spectrum crude oil.)

STORAGE

Xtracts recommends bags or containers no bigger than a standard wooden pallet. For all fabric-based storage please use non-conductive fabrics such as FIBC, Big Bags or Jumbo bags are preferred.
